The Juju Mission

This blog is dedicated to all who work in customer service. Whether you are in retail, food service, have private clients or generally deal with the public, this blog is for you.

These pages will illustrate stories of exceptional or appalling customer service, and commentary on each. Most will be from my own experiences, but I invite readers to share their own either by email or comments.

I will not name companies whose service is lacking, for now. I reserve the right to change that in the future. However, I will proudly name companies whose service is phenomenal. Because we all need a little good juju.
